服務條款與收費說明
真真有兩個通路，付費方式不同、互不相通，這一頁分成兩部分：
- 第一部分：iPhone App——免費額度與「真真通行證」訂閱，透過 Apple 的 App 內購買，會自動續訂。
- 第二部分：LINE 官方帳號——預付制，由藍新金流處理，不會自動續扣。

第一部分：iPhone App（App Store）
1. 服務內容
真真 JingJing iPhone App 是一個多國語言翻譯 App，支援繁體中文、简体中文、泰文、日文、韓文、越南文、英文、緬甸文與菲律賓文之間的文字與語音翻譯。
不需要帳號，也沒有登入。額度以匿名的裝置識別碼計算；翻譯歷史只保存在您的手機裡。資料的處理方式寫在隱私權政策。
2. 免費額度
每台裝置提供 5,000 字元的免費翻譯額度。這是一次性的起始總量：不會每月重置、不會隨時間補發。額度不足時，可選擇訂閱，或在 App 提供獎勵廣告入口且有廣告可用時看廣告補額度；獎勵經伺服器驗證後入帳。沒有廣告時可稍後查看，等待本身不增加額度。1.1.0 依 App Store 店面與裝置地區判斷，在 EEA、英國、瑞士或地區無法確認時不提供獎勵廣告。歷史記錄與已完成的譯文仍可查看。
額度以送出的原文字元數計算；翻譯若因我們這側的問題失敗，該次額度會自動退還。
3. 真真通行證（自動續訂訂閱）

| 怎麼取消 | iPhone 的「設定」→ 您的 Apple 帳戶 → 「訂閱項目」，或 App 內「設定」→「管理訂閱」。取消後仍可使用到當期結束，不會提前中止。 |

4. 使用限制
單次輸入有長度上限（App 內會顯示），超過的部分不會被翻譯。短時間內大量送出會暫時限流，被限流的請求不扣額度。
語音輸入使用 iPhone 內建的語音辨識，錄音不會上傳到我們的伺服器。
5. 服務變更與終止
翻譯結果由機器產生，可能有錯誤；請勿將其用於醫療、法律等需要專業判斷的場合。我們可能調整功能、方案或價格；已購買的訂閱期間內不受影響。
6. 合理使用
訂閱供個人正常使用，每日硬上限為 50,000 個原文字元，依 Asia/Taipei（台北時間）每日 00:00 開始新一天的計數。已受理的翻譯嘗試即使失敗也計入日限；達限後須等到次日。訂閱不扣免費額度，與免費額度的失敗退回機制不同；看廣告或追加訂閱不會提高訂閱日限。請不要：
- 以程式或自動化方式大量呼叫翻譯
- 散布違法內容，或利用翻譯服務從事詐騙、騷擾等行為
- 將服務轉售、或提供給付費範圍以外的對象大量使用
若發生上述情形，我們可能暫停或終止服務。
7. 客服

Part 1: iPhone App (App Store) — English
1. The service
真真 JingJing for iPhone translates text and speech between Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, English, Burmese and Filipino.
No account, no sign-in. Usage is counted per device with an anonymous device identifier; your translation history stays on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
2. Free allowance
Every device gets a one-time starting allowance of 5,000 characters. It does not reset monthly or refill over time. If quota is insufficient, you may subscribe or earn quota by watching an available rewarded ad when the app offers that option. Rewards are credited after server verification. If no ad is available, check later; waiting itself does not add quota. Version 1.1.0 uses the App Store storefront and device region to disable rewarded ads in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or when region cannot be determined. Your history and finished translations remain available.
Characters are counted on the text you send. If a translation fails on our side, that charge is refunded automatically.
3. JingJing Pass (auto-renewable subscription)

| How to cancel | iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Settings → Manage subscription inside the app. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current period. |
| Refunds | Refunds for In-App Purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund In-App Purchases directly. |
| New phone or reinstall | Tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription with the same Apple Account. |
4. Limits
Each request has a length limit (shown in the app); text beyond it is not translated. Sending a large volume in a short time is rate-limited temporarily; rate-limited requests are not charged.
Voice input uses the speech recognition built into your iPhone; recordings are not uploaded to our servers.
5. Changes and termination
Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors; do not rely on them for medical, legal or other professional decisions. We may change features, plans or prices; a subscription period you have already paid for is not affected.
6. Fair use
Subscriptions are for normal personal use with a hard limit of 50,000 source characters per day. A new day starts at 00:00 in Asia/Taipei (Taipei time). Accepted translation attempts count even if translation fails; at the limit, wait until the next day. Subscriptions do not use the free quota, whose failed-translation charges are refunded separately. Watching ads or buying another subscription does not increase the subscription daily limit. Please do not:
- call the translation service in bulk by script or automation
- distribute unlawful content, or use the service for fraud, harassment or similar conduct
- resell the service or provide it in volume to people outside your purchase
We may suspend or terminate the service in these cases.

第二部分：LINE 官方帳號服務
本部分自 2026 年 9 月 2 日起生效。
一、服務內容
真真 JingJing 是一個 LINE 翻譯服務。把它加為好友或邀請進群組後， 它會自動辨識訊息的語言並翻成群組內其他人使用的語言。
目前支援的語言（文字）：中文、泰文、日文、越南文、英文、緬甸文、菲律賓文、韓文。
服務透過 LINE 平台提供。若 LINE 平台本身中斷或變更政策，服務可能一併受影響。
二、收費模式

四、額度與使用限制（請務必看這一節）
免費額度怎麼扣：依「原文字元數 × 目標語言數」計算。 例如在一個同時有中文與泰文使用者的群組送出 10 個字，翻成 1 種語言就扣 10 字元； 如果群組裡有 3 種語言，同一則訊息會扣 30 字元。 所以在多語群組裡，5,000 字元用得比您預期的快。
單則訊息長度上限 1,000 字元：超過這個長度的訊息整則不會被翻譯 （不是只翻前 1,000 字）。這時真真會在同一個對話裡回覆一則中泰雙語提示， 告訴您這則太長、請拆成幾則再送。這則提示不會扣除您的額度。
流量限制：短時間內訊息量過大時會暫時限流，被限流的訊息不會扣除您的額度。
翻譯失敗時的額度：為了避免同時多則訊息超扣，系統在送出翻譯之前 就先保留額度；若翻譯因我們這側的問題失敗（例如逾時或翻譯服務錯誤）， 該次額度會自動退還，您不需要來信申請。 多語群組裡如果只有部分語言失敗，只會退還失敗的那幾種語言所對應的額度。 無法辨識語言、或群組裡沒有其他語言可翻的訊息，一開始就不會扣除額度。
五、契約解除與退款
您在購買後七日內可以無條件解除契約並取得全額退款， 不需要說明理由，也不會依已使用天數扣抵。
如需申請退款或詢問處理方式，請聯絡客服中心。
六、合理使用
請不要用真真做這些事：
- 以程式大量產生訊息、或以自動化方式規避額度與流量限制
- 散布違法內容，或利用翻譯服務從事詐騙、騷擾等行為
- 將服務轉售、或提供給付費範圍以外的對象大量使用
若發生上述情形，我們可能暫停或終止服務。 因這些原因終止時，仍不影響您依前一節在七日內解除契約的權利。
